The Mind of The Leader (MOL) is a mindfulness training program designed by Potential Project for corporates and big brands. It focuses on addressing the fundamental human needs of employees, such as finding meaning, purpose, connection, and genuine happiness in their work. 

Goal

• Build a complete solution that includes both a mobile app for mindfulness practice and a web-based backend.
• Create a backend system that allows clients to manage and personalize content effectively.
• Develop a master backend panel for handling white-label configurations.
• Ensure the solution meets high performance and security standards.

Solution

• Utilized a decoupled WordPress backend integrated with Learndash, allowing for efficient content management and personalized user experiences. 
• Streamlined backend operations and facilitated easy management of content and user subscriptions.
• The mobile app was built using the Ionic framework, enabling broad platform compatibility and a seamless user experience across various devices. 
• The hybrid approach balanced development speed and access to third-party code while maintaining a consistent interface.
• Our team engaged in iterative technical design processes to ensure that the architecture and functionalities met the project requirements. This included establishing a scalable application architecture and integrating essential features like in-app subscriptions.
